I actually learned about this from taking many workshops decades ago from DOUG BEEKMAN and DICK MAILMAN. Yes, these were REAL MEN and not AI!
The final workshop, which included the former VP of JC Penney's, was where I learned about the 2% SLIGHT EDGE.
What Doug and Dick were we were learning on this cruise ship was what would propel us forward!
If you look at our MISSION at NO BS SURVIVAL then you will see what those two gentlemen, who were also hired by Disney Inc. to teach from their executives all the way to greeters, all comes down to this
"To help YOU SURVIVE physically, mentally, financially and most importantly spiritually to highest YOUR HIGHEST level of EXCELLENCE."
As I look back they were ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!
The key words are SURVIVE and EXCELLENCE to reach the 2% SLIGHT EDGE!
