So Delle Taylor created with her financial advisor a TRUST with the $10,000,000 thinking that this would be PROTECTED!

Unfortunately the majority of financial advisors have no idea about creating a TRUST!

Decades ago I attended a workshop led by LONNIE CROCKETT (yes he was related to the legendary David Crockett) on TRUSTS. What an eye opening experience!

First, Lonnie shared that a VEIL of a TRUST can be easily pierced as the US Infernal Revenue Service – IRS – has shown people, who think they are safe from the IRS have learned!

So if Jealous Jim or his attorney had known how to pierce Delle’s TRUST, he could have easily married her and as with his previous wife through her untimely death or a divorce pierced her trust veil!

So how does Delle or anyone prevent this?

Lonnie showed us how important it is to SEPERATELY set up EVERY aspect of the person’s wealth in SEPERATE trusts!

I remember Delle saying several of the paintings in her condo were worth a great deal of money. Each one of the paintings should be in a SEPARATE trust with a photo and a description of the painting and most importantly the CURRENT value of the painting provided by a company like Christie’s who do this regularly for clients.

Actually I learned that the very attractive lady sitting next to me was the owner of Trailways Bus company! He told her and us that everyone of her buses should be in a SEPARATE trust! This is done by every airlines and cruise ship company!

Be very careful and find a financial advisor that knows TRUST set up just Lonnie taught us!
