Riding Out The Grand Solar Minimum
Yes, I will literally be riding out my remaining years on what you see below.

I had planned to buy one of these before Covid hit and live on St. Croix USVA.
So what will I have on board?
I will have my portable small solar panel system that came with three LED lights on long wires. It also can charge my cell phone and provide a wonderful reading light.
Of course I’ll have my bug-out backpack with what you see here in it.

Yes, I will have several guns on board including this ATI BullPup 12 gauge shotgun.

Also I have for concealed or open carry Ruger 380 that fits my hand perfectly.
Recently I got my GRMS license for this portable shortwave radio. This will allow me to use the repeat system in it. It should easily communicate up to 40-50 miles without repeat.

I also will have this as it is very handy in case I get off and do some trekking. Almost all Appalachian Trail hikers have one.

I also have a Global SunOven that can be used for baking, boiling, cooking and even dehydrating.

I’m a trained National Association of EMTs First On The Scene Responder, which is a FREE intense four hour course offered by local EMS and fire departments. Strongly suggest you take this course!
So these are some of my preparation for riding out the Grand Solar Minimum.
