First, as I tell my clients you have to find a way SAFE PLACE at least 100 MILES away from urban and suburban areas like Atlanta and even Cumming, GA with its population at over 250,000 in Forsyth County. When I lived there on the beautiful Lake Lanier there were only 35,000 in the county!

Even Franklin NC, where I currently live is growing at a tremendous rate. Within 5 YEARS it will be the size of Waynesville, NC!

I am looking at going back to undisclosed area of my home state of FLORIDA that is still small. I also believe that it will go through the Grand Solar Minimum with hopefully SURVIVAL temperatures!
