So let me first share with you how I got involved with this mission.

Decades ago my client and friend Bob, Delle’s husband asked a favor of me, which was if he died before I did would I watch over Delle?

Of course I replied – YES!

Then he told that he had to go look for Delle’s PROZAC which I thought was a very unusual name for a DOG!

Then he told me it was an ANTI DEPRESSION medicine as I had never heard of these drugs.

Sure enough Bob passed away several years ago and I began to fulfill THE BOB PROMISE.

I didn’t have to worry about his daughter MARGE TAYLOR, who he lived long enough to see become a Congresswoman now retired.

I did help Delle move from their beautiful home on Georgia’s Lake Lanier into her new condo in Cumming, Georgia. We spent great times together over about two years UNTIL Jealous Jim, as I described him in the book above appeared on the scene. He wanted Delle all to himself and led to her completely isolating herself from our 30+ years friendship!

At first I thought that Delle had at last found a future husband until I noticed the RED FLAGS of the potential first FINANCIAL PREDATOR as I coined the phrase.
