Yes, I consult and design ECO-VILLAGES, where a group of like minded people want to live in community. The top photo was for a potential developer in the Red Rocks area of Arizona. The middle one was for potentially right here in North Carolina. The bottom one was for one on St. Croix US Virgin Islands.

People are beginning to realize that areas that use to be SAFE are NO LONGER! I use to live on Lake Lanier in Forsyth County Georgia when there were less than 35,000 in the entire county. Today with Cumming GA being the center of the county there population has exploded to over 250,000!

Now we are seeing here in Macon County North Carolina a similar pattern with Aldi’s®, Starbucks® Cafe, and others like Hobby Lobby® and Marshall’s® looking that our little city of Franklin, NC has people moving in from Florida, California, Alaska, Pennsylvania and even New York City! The builders are having a hard time keeping up with demand for housing.
