Yes, the SECOND RED FLAG is the one I found when I got suspicious of Jealous Jim’s pursuit of Delle.

I always recommend you do a BACKGROUND CHECK on anyone you are seriously considering as long time mate or marriage material.

So when I ran my background check on Jealous Jim, what you think I found?

BANKRUPTCY!

So let me ask you this question.

If I was a long time friend of your deceased husband like Bob Taylor and he had asked me to watch over you, which I agreed to DECADES ago wouldn’t YOU want to know about this RED FLAG if your wealth status was in the EIGHT FIGURE range like Delle?

Well instead of thanking me, should flew into RAGE and said: “YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO INVESTIGATE MY BOYFRIEND AND I WANT YOU TO CEASE THIS IMMEDIATELY!”
