Yes this is the book I wrote describing Jealous Jim as a POTENTIAL FINANCIAL PREDATOR more interested in my FORMER FRIEND Delle’s eight figure wealth than her!

Both PREDATOR MEN & WOMEN are on the increase according to both my bankers especially with current US economic situation! My bankers are spending more time counseling WEALTHY WIDOWS like Delle, WIDOWERS & DIVORCEES.

In this book I warn of the importance of doing a thorough BACKGROUND CHECK like I was doing on Jealous Jim before Delle demanded I stop! I found at least one BANKRUPTCY! One my bankers said where there is even ONE BANKRUPTCY there are usually MORE!

I learned recently she has remarried (this new guy John may be another PREDATOR!) and hopefully she got a PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT like she has said she would do and could have led to why Jealous Jim dumped her!

Finally I discuss the SAFEST process of getting a PREDATOR out of your life! Be very careful as they can have a PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE MINDSET that can lead to DANGER! These are the ones you read about who say: “If I can’t have you no one else will!” This has resulted in the MURDER/SUICIDE you tragically read about!

I recently read this VERY informative book by retired top FBI profiler Joe Navarro. He goes into great depth discussing the PREDATOR like Ted Bundy. I’m not saying Jealous Jim or John are that type of PREDATOR but you never know as Joe shares what could trigger them!

It is now a MISSION of mine to STOP these FINANCIAL PREDATORS from preying on WEALTHY WIDOWS like Delle, WIDOWERS and DIVORCEES!
